Last winter your company installed a boiler and hot water tank at my home in Sugarhouse. Shortly after installation we noticed a small but ever present leak in the hot water tank, due to manufacturing errors. Mark assured me in a professional manner that one way or another the problem would be resolved, and it has been.

The purpose of this letter is to extend a compliment to you and your employees for the high regard and care they have for the properties where they work.

On a recent snowy afternoon here in Deer Valley, I met one of your technicians, DJ, to let him into a home that we manage. Before entering the home, he slipped some shoe covers on to protect the floors in the home from any snow pr dirt that he might have on his shoes.

This action took only a minute, but could have saved our company much time and effort in cleaning up carpet and hardwood flooring.
